I have the honor to transmit an Authenticated and two plain Copies of an Ordinance of the present Session of the Legislature of this Colony, entitled; No. 3 An OrdinancetoManuscript image to incorporate the Western Union Telegraph Company, in Lieu of the Western Union Telegraph Extension Company.
2. I enclose the Report of the Attorney General, I also forward Copy of a Letter from the Secretary to the Company which will more fully explain the object of this Ordinance.
