Sir,
I have the honor to forward an Authenticated and two plain Copies of an Ordinance of the recent Session of the Legislature of this Colony, entitled; No. 17. An Ordinance to define the Jurisdiction ofCountyManuscript image County Courts under the "Small Debts Act 1859." I add the Report of the Attorney General.
2. This Ordinance was framed by Mr Justice Begbie after the Clause suspending the operation of Ordinance No. 14 had passed the Legislative Council, Mr Begbie having strongly represented the necessity of the Measure.
