I am desired by the Lords Commissioners of Her Majesty's Treasury to state, for the information ofMr Secretary Cardwell, that My Lords approve of the British Columbia Supplementary Supply Ordinance No 11 of 1866, of which a copy, together with a copy of a despatch from the Officer Administering the Government of British Columbia, accompanied your letter of the 29th Ulto.
