My Lord,
No reply having reached me, to a communication I had the honor of addressing to you on the 26th ult, I fear my letter must have miscarried, and enclose a copy.
As the payment of my arrears of half salary, is a matter of some moment to me, I shall feel greatly obliged, by Your Lordship taking the matter into your early and favourable consideration.
