I have had the honor to receive Your Grace's despatch No. 14 of 30th March 1867, informing me that the Commissioners of Patents have presented the Public Library at New Westminster with a complete set of their publications.2. IManuscript image
2. I have received this intimation with much satisfaction, but regret that in the present state of the finances of the Colony, I cannot apply for the specifications on the terms offered.
