I have the honor to forward an Authenticated and two plain Copies of an Ordinance of the recent Session of the Legislative Council, entitled;No. 12.Manuscript image
No. 12. An Ordinance for the protection of Inventions.

The report of the Attorney General is enclosed.
2. This measure is one of the many passed during the last session for the assimilation of the Laws of the two sections of the United Colony.
