I have the honor to forward an authenticated and two plain copies of an Ordinance of the late Session of the Legislative Council entitled;No 25.Manuscript image No 25. An Ordinance to assimilate the Law respecting the postal service.
2. The measure is useful and I beg to recommend it to Your Grace's favorable consideration. The Attorney General's report is enclosed.
