I have the honor to forward an authenticated and two plain copies of an Ordinance of the late Session of the Legislature, entitled; No 30. An Ordinance toassimilateManuscript image assimilate the laws for the regulation of pilotage in all parts of the Colony of British Columbia.
The Attorney General's report, which I enclose is sufficiently explanatory, and I beg to recommend the measure for allowance.

Pilotage Ordinance. This Ordce extends to the whole Colony the provisions of the Pilotage Ordinance of 1866, No 14. But I suppose it should be sent to the B of Trade with reference to subsection (d) of section 3 which is new.
