My Lord Duke,
I have the honor to forward an authenticated and two plain copies of an Ordinance of the late Session of the Legislature of this Colony entitled;No 33.Manuscript image No 33. An Ordinance to regulate the solemnization of Marriage.
The Attorney General's report shews that this measure merely extends an Ordinance already allowed on the Mainland over the whole surface of the Colony.

Marriage Act. This Ordce extends to the whole Colony the B Columbian Marriage Ordinance of 1865. Sanction.
As this Ordinance is precisely the same as the former one I suppose it need not be sent to the Queen's Advocate.
