I have had the honor to receive your Grace's Despatch No 31 of the 11th June desiring me to forward additional copies of the Acts passed by the Legislature ofVancouverManuscript image Vancouver Island since the year 1859.
I beg to enclose two complete sets which are all I can obtain.

The laws of the Island were printed by Contract, and not more than the copies actually required were supplied. The laws of the extinct Legislature of Vancouver Island are rapidly being merged into those of the United Colony, and it is probable that early next year we shall have but oneStatuteManuscript image Statute Book. Abundant copies of this shall be sent to Your Grace.
