relative to the serious disputes in the Cariboo district I have now the honor toencloseManuscript image enclose the following extract from a letter written to me by the present Gold Commissioner, Mr Brew, dated 23rd October, I have the honor to report that this district is perfectly tranquil and not the slightest difficulty is found in enforcing the Law.
