I have the honor to transmit to you, for your information and guidance, a copy of a Report from the Post Master General to the Lords Commissioners of the Treasury relative to the rates of Postage to be charged upon letters andpapersManuscript image papers sent between the United Kingdom and British North America via the United States.
I have to request that you will bring this Report under the consideration of your Council with a view to obtaining their concurrence in the recommendations of the Post Master General.
