I have the honor to inform you that the Lords Commissioners of the Treasury, to whom your Despatch No. 94 of the 17th of August was referred have stated, that although they do not perceive why Governor Kennedy in the year 1866 caused all Fines, Fees and Forfeitures to be carriedtoManuscript image to the credit of Crown Revenues, they will not on the assurance by you that it works satisfactorily, alter that arrangement.
