I have the honor to transmit to you a Copy of a letter from the Italian Minister at this court requesting information respecting an Italian subject named Dominico Terro who is stated to have settled at Victoria, Vancouver Island.
I have to request that you will furnish me with such information as you may be able to obtain in answer to the enquiries of the Marquis D'Azeglio.
