The Account of this Government in respect of the Royal Engineers at San Juan being now overpaid, I have the honor to acquaint youthatManuscript image that I have authorized a Bill for Fifteen hundred Pounds Sterling to be drawn in the usual manner on the Paymaster General, and I have to request that Your Grace will be pleased to cause the same to be accepted on presentation.
