No. 82
Victoria
3rd August 1868
My Lord Duke,
I have to apologize for the delay which has occurred in the transmission of some of the Ordinances of the late Session of theLegislatureManuscript image Legislature. The fault however does not rest with me. The Attorney General has been so ill for the last six weeks or two months as to be quite unequal to the performance of the more serious portion of his official duties. I much fear I shall have to seek other assistance.
I have the honor to be,
My Lord Duke,
YourManuscript image Your Grace's most obedient,
humble Servant.
Frederick Seymour
