My Lord Duke,
I have the honor to submit to Your Grace copy of a letter from the Police Magistrate of Victoria respecting theproceedingsManuscript image proceedings of certain persons, supposed to be connected with the Fenian organization, in this town.
2. Although I do not feel much alarm on this subject, the utmost vigilance is observed by the Officers of Civil Government, and nothing can exceedtheManuscript image the Zeal which Admiral Hastings shews for the defence of the Colony.
