Sir,
I have the honor to transmit to you, with reference to my despatch No. 100 of the 23rd December, a copy of a further letter from Mrs. W.G. Cox requesting my interference towards obtaining an allowance of £200 a year for her support from Mr. W.G. Cox who is in the employ of your Government.
