My Lord,
With reference to Your Lordship's predecessor's despatch No 44 of 7th July 1868, I have the honor to acquaint youthatManuscript image that I have authorized a Bill for one hundred and fifty pounds Sterling (£150) to be drawn on the Paymaster General, on the Imperial pension account, and I have to request that Your Lordship will be pleased to cause the same to be accepted on presentation.
