My Lord,
I have had the honor to receive Your Lordship's Despatch No. 1 of the 5th of January, forwarding a note from the Belgian Minister, requesting thataManuscript image a document may be obtained from a person named Verheyden, containing his consent to the Marriage of his daughter Pauline.
2. I enclose copy of a letter from Mr Verheyden showing that he will not give his consent without some further information on the subject.
