My Lord,
I have the honor to forward an Authenticated and two plain Copies of an Ordinance of the recent Session of the Legislature, entitled;No. 12.Manuscript image No. 12. An Ordinance respecting Stipendiary Magistrates.
2. This measure was introduced by myself and together with the Attorney General, whose opinion I enclose, I recommend it for allowance.
