I have the honor to forward copy of a letter addressedtoManuscript image to me by Mr W.A.G. Young.
2. I believe Mr Young intends leaving for England, by an early opportunity, and I certainly hope that Your Lordship, bearing in mind the particular circumstances of the case, as set forth in my despatch 'Confidential' of 29 November 1868, will be enabled to offer Mr YoungemploymentManuscript image employment, if not promotion, in another of Her Majesty's Colonies.
3. I shall write further on this subject.
