My Lord,
I have the honor to forward an authenticated and two plain copies of an Ordinance of the recent Session of the Legislature of this Colony, entitled;No.Manuscript image No. 20. An Ordinance to enable the Municipal Council of the City of Victoria to establish a permanent fund for the support of the Fire Establishments of the said city.
2. This measure appears to me as free from objection as it does to the Attorney General, whose report I enclose.
