My Lord,
I have had the honor to receive Your Lordship's Circular despatch of the 9th January transmitting copy of a letter from the Treasury on the subject of cases of Bankruptcy and InsolvencyonManuscript image on the part of persons holding Offices in the Public Service.
2. As soon as the work entailed on the Printing department by the late Session of the Legislature would permit, I caused Your Lordship's despatch and its enclosures to be published in the Government Gazette, a copy of which I enclose.
