My Lord,
I have had the honor to receive Your Lordship's Circular despatch of the 10th of March forwarding a copy of a letter from the Science and Art departmentrequestingManuscript image requesting information as to the Works on Educational subjects published in this Colony.
2. The population is still so small and is so widely dispersed that no works on educational subjects, are, here, published under the authority of the Government.
