My Lord,
I have had the honor to receive a telegram from Your Lordship on the 15th Instant, in the following words—AskManuscript image Ask Mrs Seymour whether she would like either of her brothers to go out to her or to meet her at Panama. Answer by Telegraph.
2. I replied on the 18th Instant— Mrs Seymour goes home soon with Reverend and Mrs Hayman and Lowndes. Does not wish her brother to come. All quite quiet.
