With reference to my despatch No 25 of 1st July, I have the honor to enclose the Accounts and Vouchers relating to Imperial Pensions paidinManuscript image in this Colony during the half year ended the 30th June, accompanied by a letter from the Auditor General explaining the cause of the delay in preparing these Returns.
