I have the honor to acknowledge the receipt of Mr. Hankin's Despatch No. 21 of the 24th of June, and to sanction the British Columbia Estimates of Revenue and Expenditure for the year 1869.
I have also to convey to you Her Majesty's graciousconfirmationManuscript image confirmation and Allowance of the British Columbia Appropriation Ordinance No. 3 of 1869, a copy of which was forwarded to me with Mr. Seymour's Despatch No. 45 of the 19th of March, and which is entitled An Ordinance to appropriate the sum of Four hundred and nineteen thousand three hundred and thirty five Dollars and Fifty Cents out of the general Revenue of the Colony, for the Contingent Service of the year 1869.
My Despatch No. 86 of the 18th Instant will have acquainted you with the form in which the British ColumbiaEstimatesManuscript image Estimates are for the future to be sent home.
