With reference to my Despatch No. 91 of the 13th September, I transmit to you copies of a correspondence between Mr. W.A.G. Young, this department and the Treasury, in regard to his application for a gratuity on account of the loss of his office.
I have to authorizeyouManuscript image you to bring this correspondence before your Council with a recommendation that a gratuity equivalent to not more than six months salary should be voted to Mr. Young.
