Referring to Your Lordship's Despatch Circular of the 26th June last, enclosing a Letter from the Post Office with a Treasury Warrant authorising a modification from the 1st July last of the rate of Postage chargeable onBooksManuscript image Books and Trade Patterns of light weight sent by Post from the United Kingdom to the British Colonies—I have the honor to acquaint you that a similar arrangement will now be adopted with regard to Printed Papers and Patterns forwarded from this Colony to the United Kingdom.
