I have had the honor to receive Your Lordship's Confidential (Circular) Despatch of 1st February with its enclosure respecting a question which had been raised as to the precedency which should be allowed to Foreign ConsulsinManuscript image in a Colony.
2. The question is not likely to arise in this Government; but in any case of doubt I shall be guided by Your Lordship's instructions.
