Preservation of Game Ordinance.
This Ordinance is not very carefully worded & it is perhaps the first instance of such birds as robins, larks, thrushes & wild pigeons being included under the term "Game."

In Australia such laws have been passed.
But it is easy to understand that the destruction of these small birds may be very harmful to agriculturists and I would sanction the Ordinance.
