I have the honor to forward the usual Certificates of my having granted with the advice of the Executive Council six month's Leave of Absence to Mr James Judson Young, Clerk in the Colonial Secretary's Office; for the first three of which he is entitled to full, and fortheManuscript image the remainder half Salary under the provisions of Section 134 of the Colonial Regulations.
