With reference to my Despatch No. 23 of the 8 March, I have the honor to inform you than Mr. G. Phillippo the newly appointed Attorney General of British Columbia proposes to leave this Country for the Colony early in April.
I have authorizedtheManuscript image the Crown Agents to advance him £150 on account of the Salary due to him in that capacity.
