I have received your Despatches Nos. 34 and 35 of the 12th April in which you acknowledge the receipt of the Mails sent from this Department on the 22nd February 5th March, and 12th March.
It would appear however that you had not received my Despatches noted in the marginwhichManuscript image

Duplicates, No. 9, 15 February, to No. 12, 21 February 1870.
which were sent on the 20 February in case this should have been so, I transmit to you herewith the enclosures to my Despatches No. 13 and 14 of which no copies were sent with the duplicates.
