? Say to Mr Musgrave that HM Govt are fully sensible of the energy with which he & the officers of his Government have labored to effect a Union by which, as HM Govt confidently anticipate the resources & prosperity of the Colony will be materially increased.
And to Lord Lisgar express the satisfaction of HM Govt that the Union has been thus completed.
