With reference to your Despatch No. 155 of the 10th of December I transmit to you, for communication to Chief Justice Begbie, a copy of a letter which I have caused to be addressed to the Revd. W. Robinson, in reference to the publication of Mr. Begbie's letter on the subjectofManuscript image of the Fraser River "Benches" or "Drift Terraces."
