I am commanded by my Lords Commissioners of the Admiralty to transmit to you, for the information of Secretary Sir John Pakington, the copy of a letter from Rear Admiral Moresby dated 30th August last No 76, and of its enclosures relative to his proceedings in regards to Queen Charlotte's and Vancouvers Island.
