Having laid before my Lords Commissioners of the Admiralty your Letter of the 28th Feby, requesting to be informed what measures have been taken with regard to H.M. Ships visiting Vancouver's Island; I am commanded to state, for the information of His Grace The Duke of Newcastle, that a Copy of your Letter has been sent for the guidance of Rear Admiral Moresby who has intimated his intention ofManuscript image of sending two Ships of War to Vancouver's Island.
