I have to acknowledge the receipt of Your Despatches No 10 of the 24th of November 1853, No 5 of the 27th February and No 28 of the 17th May last, and in conveying to you the approval of Her Majesty's Government of your proceedings with respect to the SovereigntyManuscript image of the Islands in the Canal de Arro, I have to authorize you to continue to treat those Islands as part of the British Dominions.
