I have the honor to acknowledge the receipt of Sir George Grey's Circular Despatch, of the 24th of April last, and of your Lordship's Circular Despatches, of the 3rd and 12th of May, with their enclosures, and I have to assure your Lordship that your instructions therein, shall be immediately carried into effect.
