Sir,
I have received and laid before my Lords Commissioners of the Admiralty, your Letter of the 13th Inst enclosing copy of a Despatch received, from the Governor of Vancouvers Island, relative to Provisions and Stores, required for Her Majestys Ships, being sent direct, from this Country to that Settlement, and Store Houses for their reception, being erected at Port Esquimalt, and I am to acquaint you for the information of Mr Secretary Labouchere, that a copy of this Despatch has been sent to Rear Admiral Bruce for his information and Report.
