I am commanded by my Lords Commissioners of the Admiralty to state for the information of Secretary Sir E. Bulwer Lytton, that Rear Admiral Baynes has reported that he sailed in his Flag Ship from Callao on the 1st July with the Calypso in company, and that on the following day he ordered the Calypso to proceed to Vancouver Island with stores and Provisions forManuscript image Her Majesty's Ships Satellite and Plumper.
