Enclose copies of these to the Governor, in the despatch announcing Mr Brew's appt ment, together with copies of his other testimonials showing his services in the Constabulary in Ireland.

These were asked for by Mr. Jadis when Mr. B called, but he had not got them with him at that time & they were not supplied by Mr. Brew previous to his departure.
