I have the honor of transmitting herewith for your information, a Copy of the Minutes of Council from the 11th October 1858, to the 8th of Instant, inclusive, with various ActsManuscript imageActs referred to therein.
The Minutes will be continued and brought up to the present date by the next mail, when copies of several Acts which have lately passed, will be also transmitted, with such explanatory remarks as may be required.

Register the Acts—& refer them to Sir F. Rogers, & when we write to the Governor upon them, inform him that the Acts should be Authenticated with his sigre & the Seal of the Colony.
I presume we must dispense with the usually required report of the Law Officer of the Colony, as the Chief Justice is our only legal Manuscript imageOfficer in V.C. Isd & he is not a Lawyer by profession.
