With reference to my despatch No. 55 of the 25th of April last respecting the repayment of the sums advanced by you to the authorities of Washington Territory, I transmit to you herewith the copy of a further despatch from HerManuscript image Majesty's Minister at Washington with its enclosures on the subject.
