Sir,
I transmit to you herewith at the request of the Secretary of State for War the Transfer Certificate of the Military Pensioner named in the Margin
Sappers and Miners at i/ii Serjt Alexr Calder.
who has removed from Canada to Vancouver's Island, and I have to request that you will give directions for the payment to Serjeant Calder of his pension, from the date specified in the Certificate.
