With reference to my letter of the 13th of March, I am directed by Lord John Russell to transmit to you, to be laid before His Grace The Duke of Newcastle, a copy of a Despatch from Her Majesty's Minister at Washington reporting that he had been informed by General Cass that all difficulty as to continuing the discussion respectingManuscript imagerespecting the Island of San Juan had been removed by Lord John Russell's Despatch No 62 of the 9th of March.
