With reference to your letter of 19th October 1859, containing a request from the Secretary for the Colonies that some Plans of Districts in Vancouver's Island should be lithographed in the Topographical Department of the War Office, and 300 copies furnished for the use of the Colonial Office.
I am directed by Mr Secretary Herbert to forward 200 Copies of the Plans in question, in addition to 100 Copies which have been already furnished. The original Plans are returned herewith.
