In compliance with the instructions conveyed to me in your Grace's despatch No. 42 of the 23rd November last, I have instituted an inquiry respecting the effects of Mr Samuel Heseltine who died here on the 5th September 1859andManuscript image and I have the honor to forward herewith a full Report on this subject which I have received through the hands of the Chief Justice, from the Registrar of the Supreme Court.
